 February 3 Newsletter

Our actions will show that we belong to the truth, so we will be confident when we stand before God.” 1 John 3:18, 19 NLT February 3, 2012, Dear Parents, It was a GREAT ski day yesterday. Amazing snow! Only 2 weeks left of our ski program. Hasn’t it gone fast?! A HUGE thank you to our school and church families. Wow!!! We have had donations toward our crayon project …. over 600 crayon boxes have been acquired! WOW!!! This means that every child in the orphanage could have their own boxes of crayons! They are going to be so excited!!! We are so excited! We will continue to collect crayons through the end of next week. If you have any crayons to add to our collection, please make sure to get them in ASAP. Thank you again for all of your help! Next Saturday is our spring SJA Education Sabbath. The students are in charge of the church service. Everyone has a part in our program. Please make sure to let the school know if your child is unable to attend so that we may plan accordingly. It is very important that we know in advance. Students are being asked to wear “choir performance” attire. Black pants/skirt and a white shirt/blouse. Students need to be at the church by 10:30. The theme of this church service is the parables of Jesus. There will be skits, songs and a great children’s story. We invite you all to this church service. Through the end of February, PIZZA slices will be available for purchase. This is NOT a meal, just pizza slices! $2.00 a slice. Yum…This past Tuesday we had several pieces left over, that were available for purchase after school. The Montanans will be in concert this Saturday, February 4, at 4:00 p.m. at theSandpoint Adventist Church. Come join us! Visit www.themontanas.org to see more.
